Giveaway Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY.

  1. Sponsor

The Builder Realtor Roundup Giveaways (“Giveaways”) are sponsored by the participating builders and sponsors. (Sponsor”). This Giveaway are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any other party unrelated to the event.

  1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old and are Real Estate Professionals at the time of entry. Employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and partners of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

  1. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, participants agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

  1. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on August 1st, 2024 and ends on at the event on November 20th, 2024 (“Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.

  1. How to Enter

To enter, participants must register for the Builder Realtor Roundup at https://builderrealtorroundup.com/ or in person at the day of the event. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Participants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If participants use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, their submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

  1. Prizes

The winner(s) of the Giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive the actual prize at the time of the event. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winner is permitted.

  1. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

The Winner(s) must be present win at The Builder Realtor Round on November 20th, 2024 at Ridglea County Club located at 3700 Bernie Anderson Ave Fort Worth, TX 76116.  Winner(s) will be selected at random from registrations under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner(s) will be notified live and in person by announcement during the event following the selection of the Winner. The Sponsor shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to not hearing the announcement during the event. If the Winner cannot be found or contacted at the event, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 minutes or the announcement from the time award notification was announced, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.

  1. Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering this Giveaway, the entrant understands and agrees that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, the entrant’s entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

  1. Terms & Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should human authorized, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, the Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entires for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.

  1. Limitation of Liability

By entering, the participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) the participant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or the entrant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.

  1. Disputes

THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF TEXA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than the participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway). The participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsors’ website.
